The short version
This website does not ask you for anything. There is no sign-up, no form, no analytics, no advertising tracker and no cookie on simscore.ai today.
What reaches us when you visit
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for in order to deliver it, and keeps these request logs for a short time for security and troubleshooting. We do not combine them with anything else or use them to profile you. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so no third party sees your visit.
When the SimScore app launches
The app will need an account. Before anyone can create one, this page will list exactly what the account stores. The plan, written into how we build SimScore, is to store only:
- your email address, or the ID Apple or Google gives us if you sign in with them;
- your date of birth, to keep SimScore to people 21 and over;
- your subscription status (free or Pro), which Apple, Google or Stripe tell us. We never see or store card or bank details;
- the teams you follow, your alert settings, and the device token needed to send you those alerts.
We will never store your sportsbook accounts or bets, your precise location or your contacts, and we will not use advertising trackers. You will be able to delete your account and all of this from inside the app.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how it is used. Today we hold nothing about visitors beyond the host’s short-lived request logs. To ask anything about your data, write to [contact email, to be set up].
Who we are
SimScore is run by [legal name and address of the operating company, to be confirmed].
